Shipping & Returns


We charge a $10 (AUD) flat rate fee for all orders within Australia. We use a courier service to ensure your item gets to you safely. A tracking number will be provided once item is shipped and will require a signature on delivery. If you are not home a calling card will be left and you can pick up at your own convenience. If you’re happy for your item to be left unattended please note this on your order. Please check your junk mail if you have not received a tracking email. If you are waiting for an email response and do not receive it within 24 hours please check your junk mail. We respond to all emails as soon as we can! 

PLEASE NOTE – If your order is authorised to be left unattended and then stolen or damaged there is no cover for loss or damage.


We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States. Once an order is shipped a tracking email will be sent. Please check you junk mail if you do not receive. Once the parcel arrives in your country you can track your order using your local postal tracking service using the same tracking number. NZ – NZ post. UK – Royal Mail USA – USPS. They will be able to provide more specific details on the whereabouts of your parcel. Please let us know if the parcel has not arrived within 14 days as it may be at a holding depot. We will be able to follow this up for you and ensure it does not get sent back to us. Please ensure your address is correct. Parcels with incomplete/wrong addresses will be returned to sender. The resend fee of the parcel will be at the cost of the customer.


Custom and duties/tax are not calculated into the cost of the order. Please be aware of these as there will be no refunds given once order is sent from our warehouse.


Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, you will be notified if there are any delays.

We are happy to refund or replace any items you may receive that are damaged during transit or do not match the items description, excluding shipping.

Please note that we take great care in packaging and items rarely arrive damaged. However if any of your items do arrive damaged please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and we will either refund your purchase price or send you replacement items. Please understand that it is out of our control how our packages are handled in transit and we do apologise if you receive a damaged product. We ask that you take a quick picture of the item and email to us at [email protected]. This way we can make every effort to prevent it happening again.

If an item is to be sent back to us for a refund/exchange, the item will need to be sent within 7 days of the refund/exchange being approved. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.

PLEASE NOTE – Refunds and replacements will not be given due to a ‘change of mind’ or misreading of product information so please bear this in mind when purchasing.
