Shipping & Returns



We charge a $10 (AUD) flat rate fee for all orders within Australia. We use a courier service to ensure your item gets to you safely. A tracking number will be provided once item is shipped and will require a signature on delivery. If you are not home a calling card will be left and you can pick up at your own convenience. If you’re happy for your item to be left unattended please note this on your order. Please check your junk mail if you have not received a tracking email. If you are waiting for an email response and do not receive it within 24 hours please check your junk mail. We respond to all emails as soon as we can! 

PLEASE NOTE – If your order is authorised to be left unattended and then stolen or damaged there is no cover for loss or damage. Additional shipping charges may apply if you live in a remote area. We will contact you directly if this is the case. You will then have the option to pay additional shipping fees or receive full refund.


We currently offer shipping to Australia and New Zealand. New Zealand shipping is between $15 and $30 depending on the weight and size of box. If you are not in Australia or NZ please email us and we can quote you with a shipping cost.


Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, you will be notified if there are any delays.

NZ  3-10 business days

Please allow an extra day if you live in a rural area


We are happy to refund or replace any items you may receive that are damaged during transit or do not match the items description, excluding shipping.

Please note that we take great care in packaging and items rarely arrive damaged. However if any of your items do arrive damaged please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and we will either refund your purchase price or send you replacement items. Please understand that it is out of our control how our packages are handled in transit and we do apologise if you receive a damaged product. We ask that you take a quick picture of the item and email to us at [email protected]. This way we can make every effort to prevent it happening again.

If an item is to be sent back to us for a refund/exchange, the item will need to be sent within 7 days of the refund/exchange being approved. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.

PLEASE NOTE – Refunds and replacements will not be given due to a ‘change of mind’ or misreading of product information so please bear this in mind when purchasing.
